We value your satisfaction and encourage you to review our return policy carefully:
Returns
We accept returns initiated within 5 days of receipt for unused salves or teas (clothing items are non-returnable). To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging and accessories (e.g., warranty cards, product manuals) must be included.
- The item must not be damaged, broken, opened or altered in any way.
Returns due to incorrect size/color received, damaged items, or issues caused by us are eligible for a full refund or exchange. For returns due to customer error or dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for all shipping and associated costs.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
- Items returned more than 5 days after receipt.
- Used or altered products.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Returns without prior communication.
- Sale items.
- Delays due to severe weather or other natural occurrences that prevent or delay us from harvesting medicines.
To initiate a return, you must first email us using the contact page with your order details and reason for the return. Approval is required before any returns can be processed, as we need to confirm that your return meets our policy qualifications. Do not return unless you hear back from us. Please note, we will review the time stamps on all email communications to ensure compliance with the 5-day return window.

Please ensure items are sent to the correct address, as returns sent elsewhere cannot be processed. The return shipping fee will be the customerâs responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Heat Damage Disclaimer:
We are not liable for items damaged due to high temperatures while sitting in a mailbox or during transit. Please take this into consideration when ordering or returning salves.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Delay in Refunds:
If you do not see the refund in your account, please:
- Check with your bank or credit card company.
- Allow some processing time, as financial institutions may take a few additional days.
- If the delay persists, please contact your credit card company or bank, as the issue may be beyond our control.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unused. Examples may include severely damaged packaging. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email via our contact page, once you hear back from us, you can send the item to the return address listed above.
Replacement product arrival times may vary depending on your location.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youâll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasnât marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
Important Information
- Returns without prior email approval will not be accepted.Â
- Damaged or incorrect items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice.
