You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada, and checks or money orders. For check orders, order as if you’re paying by credit, write down the amounts including shipping. We will mail your order once your payment has reached our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Herbal Lodge mail our PO Box address..
If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a Visa gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.
For phone orders, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information. We prefer you order online. But if you must order by phone we have a $100 minimum. Customer Service is available for phone orders toll free at (231) 622-9063( from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to reach us (we do spend a lot of time harvesting), please leave us your name and telephone number, order and credit card number (if you wish) and we will call as quickly as possible to confirm your order. If you prefer to order by mail, you may write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper. Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S or Canada (NO Cash!). Please allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our offices. You may also shop online and select “Check” as your method of payment at checkout. We will hold your online order until your payment has reached our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Herbal Lodge and mailed to our PO Box address.

You may fax your order to (231) 373 5959 . You will be contacted by one of our representatives to finalize the order before processing. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please call us by phone to confirm we received your order at (231) 622-9063. Leave a message if we do not answer.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you wish to pick your order up directly in Petoskey, simply mention this to the customer service representative. We can meet you in downtown Petoskey at a designated location. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.

If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted on our website - such as an address correction - please call us immediately. Typically if coupon codes are not applied at the check-out, we cannot make changes.
